Looking to experience multiple concerts during our 2025-26 season, but prefer flexibility over a fixed plan? The 'Flex 3' and 'Flex 6' packages are made for you! Simply select at least 3 or 6 concerts, and enjoy a 10% or 20% discount on your total ticket price. Now on sale!
Freedom: You decide which concerts of our 2025-26 season you want to attend.
Discount: You get a 10% or 20% discount on the total amount of your tickets.

Open from Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and one hour before each performance.
When no event or exhibition is taking place, the box office is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

The transfer must be made no later than 7 working days before the event you have reserved for.
You have bought a subscription but one of the dates doesn’t fit your schedule anymore? No problem! You can still exchange your tickets for another concert, subject to a € 5 fee per exchanged ticket.
Send your request by email to tickets@bozar.be no later than 15 working days before the date of the concert for which you want to exchange your ticket. The value of your ticket (minus the € 5 fee per ticket) will be returned to you in the form of a voucher.

Log into your personal account with your e-mail address and password. If you do not yet have an account, you can watch how to do this via this video.
Click on the button 'Order an À la carte subscription/Flex'. Choose how many subscriptions you want. A flexible subscription is personal, so if two people want to go to a concert, choose two subscriptions. Then click 'Continue'.
The list of all concerts within the subscription will appear. Select the performances you want to attend and the rank. Seats are allocated automatically, but you can change them afterwards in your shopping basket. When you have added all desired performances (minimum 4 for a discount), click on 'Confirm subscription'.
Your seats were automatically allocated, but now you can choose other seats if necessary. Then click on 'Add to shopping cart'.
Congratulations, your order has succeeded. Then click 'Buy now' to finalise your order.
Complete your order by making a payment by credit or debit card.
No, you need to select the concerts you want to attend at the moment you purchase your subscription.
If one of the concerts in your subscription is cancelled, Bozar will exchange or refund your tickets. You will then be able to choose another concert.
