  • What is a complaint?

    A complaint is a reaction from a customer who uses or has used our products or services and is not satisfied with them. It is a reaction for which the customer expects the government organization to do something.
     

    A claim must relate to
    - the supply of our product or service
    - the results of a product or service
    - our method of implementing the product or service
    - the application of an existing regulation

  • How long does it take to process my complaint?

    Your complaint will be processed 30 days after receipt.
