Safety measures COVID-19

From Friday 24 September onwards, Bozar will introduce the Covid Safe Ticket (CST) for live events.

Important: This protocol is only valid for events in the halls, such as concerts, lectures, film projections, debates, etc. The measures for visiting the building and the exhibitions remain unchanged for the time being (no CST, but mouth mask and social distancing).

From now on, Bozar will once again be able to organise events at full room capacity. The first CST event is the concert of the Belgian National Orchestra, with Hermus & Diricq, on 24 September.

In concrete terms, the following guidelines apply to events:

plan   On arrival at the Centre for Fine Arts, visitors enter through the numbered entrance (A, B, C, D) indicated on the ticket.

masker   When moving through the building, wearing a mouth mask and social distancing measures still apply. The mask can only be removed at the numbered seat of the event or in the bar. When moving to the toilets, bars or cloakroom we ask you to wear the mask again. In order to guarantee optimal safety, all Bozar employees will also wear a mouth mask and respect the distance.

QR   At the ticket control at the entrance of the venue the Covid Save Ticket and identity card will be checked. Both documents are necessary to be able to attend the event. The assigned numbered seat remains valid. Those who have a valid ticket for a Bozaar event but no CST, can request a refund of the ticket. In order to ensure a smooth refund process, we ask you to fill in the form at least 5 days before the event if possible via this link

The air quality in the halls is constantly monitored. Windows and doors can therefore be opened during the event. We realise that this preventive measure may partially disrupt the event experience and thank our audience for their understanding.
