Have you bought a subscription but one of the dates doesn’t fit your schedule after all? No problem! You can still exchange your tickets for another concert, subject to a €5 fee per exchanged ticket.
Send your request by email to tickets@bozar.be no later than 15 working days before the date of the concert for which you want to exchange your ticket. The value of your ticket (minus the €5 fee per ticket) will be returned to you in the form of a voucher.
