On Saturday 21 March, Ekaterina Levental took the audience at Bozar and the Klarafestival on a powerful journey. At the heart of this original programme was Exiles by Max Richter. An intimate and deeply emotional musical experience.
With roses handed out to the audience, musicians positioned throughout the hall, roaming harps and even unexpected barking sounds, this concert became a true immersive experience. It invited reflection and introspection: what does “home” mean when you are forced to leave it behind? Beauty and rawness intertwined in a nuanced performance, navigating between wandering, hope and resilience.
