How can I book my subscription?

  • Online

    Go to the page of the subscription you wish to purchase, select the category and seats of your choice for each concert, create or log in to your Bozar account, then proceed to checkout.

    Payment methods: Bancontact, Payconiq, Visa, Mastercard, Bozar Gift (gift card), and voucher.

    Open from Tuesday to Sunday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and one hour before each performance.

    When no event or exhibition is taking place, the box office is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

    • Cash payments (Note: €200 bills or higher are not accepted)

    For more information, you can contact us from Monday to Saturday, between 1 PM and 6 PM.
    Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

    You can also make a reservation through the call center. A €3 fee per transaction will be charged.

    • Bank transfer is also possible to the account number BE17 6790 0011 8521 – BIC: GEBABEBB.
      The transfer must be made no later than 7 working days before the event you have reserved for.

  • Exchange

    You bought a subscription but one of the dates doesn’t fit your schedule after all? No problem! You can still exchange your tickets for another concert, subject to a €5 fee per exchanged ticket.

    Send your request by email to tickets@bozar.be no later than 15 working days before the date of the concert for which you want to exchange your ticket. The value of your ticket (minus the €5 fee per ticket) will be returned to you in the form of a voucher.
