Cantania

A musical adventure !

Through the international Cantania project, Bozar introduces teachers and pupils to the inspiring power of the singing voice.

During four days of training, you will immerse yourself in the cantata Quartier Liberté and receive tips and tricks so that you can teach it to your pupils in a friendly and fun way. You will learn to work on breathing, vocal placement, timbre and so much more. Throughout the year, you will work on this musical work in class, which will allow you to address major societal themes with your pupils.

Quartier Liberté is a place of joy and harmony among the inhabitants. The atmosphere is so exceptional that it arouses the curiosity of Stella, a television journalist eager for scoops. One thing is certain: she will discover the secret of this neighbourhood.

On Saturday 8 June 2024, all the students and teachers will gather in the Henry Le Boeuf Hall in Bozar for a festive closing concert with the Belgian National Orchestra.
