Bozar Restaurant

After obtaining the score of 16 out of 20 in the Gault&Millau restaurant guide, the Michelin Guide showered praise on the BOZAR BRASSERIE by awarding it a star. This kind of recognition from specialised guides can be explained by the excellent quality of its cuisine, but also by the use of quality products of controlled origin and the tasteful Art Deco style interior. The chef Karen Torosyan, who was named “Artisan chef of the year” by Gault&Millau, and one of the two owners, David Martin, whose restaurant “La Paix” also has a Michelin star, work hard at surprising you and offering you an unforgettable gastronomic experience. Don’t hesitate to drop by the BOZAR BRASSERIE, before or after your visit to the Centre for Fine Arts.
