Tatiana Pavlovskaya began her musical education playing the piano, and later as a choral director. She completed a post-graduate study in St. Petersburg’s State Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory and taught solo singing as a professor’s assistant. After graduating from the conservatory in 1994 she joined the Mariinsky Theatre, where she had a great success in her debut as Tatiana in Eugene Onegin.
Tatiana Pavlovskaya has appeared in a gala concert with Plácido Domingo with the London Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Valery Gergiev. She has also worked on the operatic stage with Plácido Domingo, Jose Carreras, Paata Burtchuladze ,Dmitry Hvorostovsky,lohn Malcovich,Natalie Dessay.
Tatiana Pavlovskaya’s discography includes the labels: Philips, DECCA, OEHMS, WDR, Mariinsky, Glyndebourne, Deutsche Grammophon and others.
Engagements in 2016/17 and beyond include performances of War Requiem for the Bratislava International Music Festival conducted by James Conlon, with the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande.
Her 2018/2019 season includes Verdi Requiem with Amelia Grimaldi Simon Boccanegra; the roles of Liu in Turandot, Nedda in Pagliacci, Yaroslavna in Prince Igor and Liza in Pikovaya Dama with Adriana Lecouvreur. All at the Mariinsky.
She will also perform The Bells by Rachmaninov in Lucerne and Munchen with Bavaria Philarmony Orchestra, conducted by Maris Jansons, Mariinsky-Vagner Valkure conducted by Placido Domingo, Kuala Lumpur with Malaysian Simpfony Orchestra conducted by Stanislav Kochanovsky, War Requiem by Britten with Philadelphia Simpfony Orchestra and Geneva conducted by Charles Dutoit, and Vagner. Valkure - Brunhilde, Gotteerdammerung - Brunhilde in the Paris Philarmony Hall,conducted by Gergiev Gergiev.
In 2020 /2021, she will perform Vagner Valkure,Die Gotterdammerung at Taipei,Chanhay, conducted by Valery Gergiev.
War Requiem by Britten with Toronto Simpfony Orchestra, and Pick Dame with Malaysian Simpfony Orchestra Kuala Lumpur.
