From Virton to Ostend, via Charleroi, Hasselt and Saint-Vith, the BNO makes it a point of honour to make orchestral music accessible to all Belgians and to promote Belgium abroad.
The Belgian National Orchestra is Belgium's only federal symphonic orchestra. Although it is in permanent residence at Bozar, this magnificent flag-bearer of Belgian culture, its mission is nonetheless to provide a variety of concerts across Belgium and beyond. As such, it performs regularly all over Belgium and internationally. The Belgian stages will be the backdrop for prestigious concerts by renowned soloists and conductors such as Pablo Sáinz Villegas, Emilia Hoving, Alexandre Tharaud and Ian Bostridge. Our concerts will also feature Belgian artists such as Dirk Brossé, Helene Bracke, Liebrecht Vanbeckevoort, Gabriel Hollander and Ilse Eerens.
