Tax Shelter Officer (m/f/x)

Do you have experience with tax shelter files and a passion for culture? The Belgian National Orchestra and National Orchestra Productions (NOP) are looking for a meticulous and driven colleague to manage the tax shelter financing of our stage productions.

Role:

Your position focuses on managing tax shelter files:

  • You will handle financing files from A to Z and act as the main internal and external point of contact for these files.
  • You will work closely with our partner in these files, the Tax Shelter unit, as well as all other stakeholders.
  • Together with colleagues, you’ll look for the most efficient and effective ways to collaborate on these files.
  • You’ll monitor the progress of each file—from initiation to full completion.
  • You will provide advice to internal contacts and make recommendations or offer guidelines to optimize how these files are managed.
  • You will ensure that strict deadlines are consistently met.

Your range of tasks can be expanded based on your availability, interests, and internal opportunities.

Profile:

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in managing tax shelter files.
  • You have a solid knowledge of all Office tools and advanced Excel skills.
  • Additional financial knowledge is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of the second national language. You also have a working knowledge of English.
  • You can work independently and handle deadline pressure with composure.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively with both colleagues and external partners, in speech and writing.
