In the From Solo to Symphony masterclass, developed exclusively for our partners, your team will discover the power of listening, communication, trust, and collaboration – inspired by the world of the orchestra.
Led by chief conductor Antony Hermus and musicians of the Belgian National Orchestra, participants will experience firsthand how a conductor guides a group of experts, each with their own role and responsibility. What does leadership mean in an environment where alignment, mutual respect, and non-verbal communication are key?
Through interactive exercises, musical examples, and hands-on reflection, your team will explore what effective leadership and collaboration look like – just as in an orchestra.
As the grand finale, each participant will have the unique opportunity to stand in front of the orchestra and conduct the musicians themselves.
