Under the guidance of Antony Hermus and several orchestra members, participants are immersed in the world of conducting and leadership. What exactly does a conductor do? How do you lead a group of experts, each with their own role and responsibility? Through hands-on exercises, musical examples, and an interactive session, your team will explore the importance of non-verbal communication, mutual respect, and finely tuned cooperation — just like in an orchestra. To top off the experience, each participant gets the unique opportunity to step onto the podium and conduct our musicians themselves.
